Goodwin Industrial Electric was contracted to complete the electrical installation for a new thermal pulp moulding line at a food packaging manufacturing facility in Langley, BC.

The project included electrical supply, equipment installation, power distribution, process equipment integration, and commissioning of the production line. Work was completed within an active industrial environment while coordinating closely with multiple contractors and project stakeholders.

DESCRIPTION

Electrical Scope of Work


The thermal pulp moulding line required electrical infrastructure to support production equipment and associated process systems throughout the facility.

The scope of work included:



  • Installation of power cables and cable tray systems for process equipment

  • Electrical integration of moulding machinery and auxiliary systems

  • Installation and termination of power and control wiring

  • Coordination with mechanical and production equipment contractors

  • Testing and commissioning of electrical systems to support production requirements



The installation was completed to support reliable operation of the new production line while meeting project schedule requirements.

Equipment Integration and Production Support
