Matthew has been an integral part of Goodwin for nine years, starting his career as a Red Seal Electrician and progressing to his current role as a Project Manager overseeing industrial sector projects. Throughout his tenure, Matthew has demonstrated exceptional expertise and
leadership in various capacities, including as a Foreman and Project Manager. His contributions
have significantly impacted the company's success, showcasing his dedication and skill in managing complex projects.

Allan has 15 years of experience in the industrial sector, with a proven track record of delivering
successful projects and building lasting client relationships. Over the past 7 years as a Project Manager, he has led projects of all sizes, working closely with owners and clients to ensure
every project meets expectations and maintains strong partnerships long after completion.

For the last 5 years, Allan has excelled as an Estimator, successfully bidding on a wide range of
small and large-scale projects. He is proficient with the latest estimating and project management software, bringing a modern, detail-focused approach to planning and execution. Committed to quality, communication, and results, Allan is dedicated to driving every project
toward success.

Scott brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to his role as Service Manager, backed by 13 years of experience in the electrical trade. Over the years, Scott has developed a deep understanding of the industry, including seven years as a Service Technician. This hands-on
experience has equipped him with the practical knowledge and problem-solving abilities
essential for managing complex small projects and leading the service team effectively. Scott's

Mel has over 40 years of experience in plant safety and management of industrial complexes.
He excels in performance management and provides information and management systems to

obtain the BC COR Certification, demonstrating his commitment to high safety standards. His
extensive safety skills have been honed through decades of dedicated service, making him a

With 18 years of dedicated service at Goodwin Industrial Electric Ltd., Lana is the backbone of
the company’s operations. As Office Manager, she plays a vital role in supporting both the
project and service teams - overseeing project billing, collections, invoicing, and internal
coordination. Lana is also instrumental in onboarding, organizing company events, and ensuring
smooth day-to-day operations. Her deep knowledge of the company, strong relationships with
